Diet

Guess what ? I lost 12 pounds.
I was on diet for 21 days.
I had to watch how I eat& excercise.

Good for you, Erica! Congratulations. I've been trying to lose the same ol' pounds over and over again. Problem is, when I love 5 I reward myself . . . by eating something involving chocolate. Bad plan!
